Taking an outdated timber frame lobby of a 160 unit apartment building and modernize it with an updated party room and fitness room – right up our alley. Synergy mitigated the Client’s concerns about residents’ daily traffic through the construction space by installing an entire bubble around the work zone. The project was performed in conjunction with another project with the same client done 1 block away – in order to save the Client money by maximizing Synergy’s supervision costs.
