The Fisk Building is a 130,000-sf three-story commercial building that is home to office and light industrial businesses in the Northeast neighborhood of Minneapolis, MN. The building was originally developed in 1920 with multiple additions incorporated in the early 1940s. Improvements included interior demolition, exterior tuckpointing, site work, addition of a passenger elevator, new electrical service and more. The Fisk Building redevelopment took place while the building was partially occupied, which required flexibility and careful coordination on the part of Synergy Builders.
